🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Handloom Nature of Products All our sarees are authentic handloom products, woven by skilled artisans. Minor irregularities such as slight thread variations, small slubs, or weave textures are inherent characteristics of handloom fabric — these are not considered defects and are a mark of genuine handcrafted work.
In light of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Exchange Policy (Damaged Products Only) We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is genuinely damaged (torn, stained, or structurally defective), you are eligible for an exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Unboxing video is mandatory — Please record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening your package. Without an unboxing video, exchange requests cannot be processed.
- The damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
